Solution

Cannot create work profile

This error message indicates that the device cannot be managed because a custom OS is or has been installed on the device. This may also happen if the device's time is set incorrectly.
Device is already set up

This error message indicates that the device may already have been set up with a profile. The device may be locked by an MDM, or it may need to be properly factory reset / wiped. This may also happen if the device's time or date is set incorrectly.
Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi

This error message indicates that the device could not connect to the selected Wi-Fi network. This may also happen if the device's time is set incorrectly. Try moving past the initial setup screen, manually connecting to Wi-Fi (to verify that the settings provided are correct, and the network is available) and then tapping the device to retry.
Couldn't download the admin app

The admin app was unable to be downloaded. Ensure that the device is connected to a network, and that the internet is accessible on the device.
This device is locked by factory reset protection.

The device cannot be factory reset due to security settings, or existing device controls in place. This error may also be given if the incorrect date or time is set up on the device.
